CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 3 reschedules for the same appointment in a row will result in a cancellation fee after the 3rd reschedule. If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged 75% of the service. I understand emergency situations happen, Please keep an open line of communication with me if you are in a tough situation. Otherwise, a cancellation fee is applied.

NO CALL, NO SHOW.

I have a 10-minute grace period, If you are more than 10 minutes late, there's a high possibility of your appointment being canceled. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a no-call no-show, and you will be banned from booking in the future. You will be charged 75% of the service. I don't tolerate no-call no-shows, and I'm very easy to communicate with. You agree to these terms any time you book an appointment with me. I will also hold myself accountable to these policies.
